Sinflora (S) Pte Ltd was incorporated on the
3rd of August 1979 branching out from wholesale fresh cut
flowers and festive plants to florists supplies.
Our volume purchasing and experience in the
industry, has allowed us to provide extensive lines of quality
merchandise at competitive pricing, from manufactureres and
exporters from all over the world, many of which are leaders
in the industry.
Some of our products are live and artificial
flowers and plants; floral foam; shading, insect and construction
nets; pots; vases; baskets; fountains and water features;
florists and gardening tools and accessories….

Establishment
of Sinflora (S) Pte Ltd as an importer and supplier of
artificial flowers and plants and floral accessories to
florists, complementing the family business of fresh cut
flowers.

Penetrated the Malaysian market
with our products |

Incorporation
of Sinflora Trading Sdn Bhd in Malaysia as an importer,
wholesaler and trader of artificial flowers and plants
and shade nets and construction nets. It was the first
marketing arm of the Sinflora group of companies selling
mainly to wholesalers and florists in the whole of Malaysia.
Sinflora is also the largest importer and wholesaler for
such products in Malaysia

| 1989 |
Incorporation
of Sunflower industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia as the manufacturer
of agricultural shade nets, vegetable nets and construction
nets mainly for the agricultural and construction segments.
It uses high speed machinery and advanced technology from
Switzerland for the manufacturing process. In addition,
Sunflower employs professionals from Switzerland, China
and Taiwan for training the staff.

Incorporation
of Aspac Flora Foam Co Ltd in Hong Kong as the trading
and exporting arm of Xin Faxing Plastic Products under
the brand name of ASPAC™. It exports to more than
50 countries in the world.

| 1995 |
Incorporation
of Xin Faxing Plastic Products in Dongguan, China occupying
40,000 sq meter as a manufacturer of floral foam under
the brand name, ASPACä for both the export and China
market. Xin Faxing Plastic Products is the single largest
manufacturer of Phenolic floral foam in the Asia Pacific
region using the continuous foaming technology to ensure
consistency in quality with high water absorption and
retention rate, good density and ideal pH level allowing
fresh flowers to last longer.

Sinflora (S) Pte
Ltd was relocated to its present office at 1 Seletar West
Farmway 1, and expanded into the retail business occupying
100,000 sq ft thus becoming the single largest Garden
Centre in Singapore. Our line of products also expanded
into live plants, pots, fountains, garden furniture, garden
tools and accessories.

2001 |
Our group was granted 200
hectares of land in Malaysia for commercial growing of
foliage and plants for export. Currently, there is no
commercial grower of sub tropic foliage in the Asia Pacific
region thus making us the pioneer and the largest in Asia
Pacific. The estimated investment is about RM$60M.

2002 |
Launch of Sinflora
(S) Pte Ltd eCommerce website (www.sinflora.com)
to tap on a new and bigger global market. The virtual
branch of the business will be incorporated into the current
business model to create a fusion of the new economy with
the traditional “brick and mortar’ business. |
